It’s Kenny Blair here, Co-Founder & Managing Director of Buzzworks. I wanted to get in touch with you to say thanks again for being such a loyal customer, especially over the last few years, when things have been challenging to say the least.
We are so proud of our teams for continuing to serve our customers safely throughout the pandemic, and we are looking forward to welcoming even more people this summer, now that restrictions have eased.
As you’ll be all too aware, everyone is experiencing an increase in the prices of things they buy. From supply chain issues and increasing staff costs, to VAT rates and higher energy bills, we aren’t immune from the pressures that everyone is feeling right now.
We wish we didn’t have to say it, but our prices will be increasing in the coming weeks. Trust us – this wasn’t an easy decision. The truth is, we pride ourselves on employing the best people, who prepare and serve the finest local ingredients, and we just don’t want to cut corners when it comes to surpassing customer expectations with our delicious new spring menus.
And with all of this in mind, we wanted to do a little something to help…
From now until the end of June, our Benefit Card will earn you 10 reward points for every £1 spent in any of our venues – in other words a fiver back for every £50 you spend on food or non-alcoholic drinks. That’s more than double our standard rate of 4 points per £1!
We can’t think of anyone else who offers this level of loyalty reward, but we really wanted to show how much you mean to us.
What’s more, we have just added a complimentary £5 on to your Benefit card for you to enjoy at any of our venues between now and the end of June.
