It’s hard to believe but The Corner House will celebrate seven superb years of serving up food, drink and good times this September (we know, where does the time go?). So we felt it was only fair that we treated ourselves to a makeover in time for the new season!

With a fresh new look and logo based on our much-loved papingo – a signature local detail, bold hand-painted signage, delicious new seasonal dishes, and a lovely and lively interior story, we have the feeling you are going to feel even more at home here this Summer!

Everyone loves a new season wardrobe, and ours is bright, light, and bang-on-trend! With sustainability in mind, we have sourced responsibly, upcycled loads of our fabulous features, and worked with skilled local crafts to help refresh our stunning venue.

Colour and texture play a big part in our new story too, with luxury fabrics, unique wallpapers & textiles, bold colours, and striking artwork throughout from artists living & working in Scotland, as well as some recent graduate work!

We’ve added abstract, tropical-inspired print wallpaper to the ceiling in our private dining room, bespoke curved booths & lampshades, vintage glass, and new planters to name just a few changes! Our courtyard has also been transformed with a super cool hand-painted mural, layers of new plants & reupholstered furniture!
